Fig. 6.18: Alarm Limits in the Display Area

The set alarm limits are shown in the display area as white marks

 on the scale of the 

depth measuring range. The marks have an arrow tip. In the case of a shallow water 
alarm, the tip of the arrow points upwards; in the case of a deep water alarm, the tip of 
the arrow points downwards.

If an alarm limit is overrun, the corresponding mark turns red

.

The alarm limits are only displayed when the corresponding alarm is active. A descrip-
tion of activation and deactivation of alarms can be found in section 

6.5.6.1. A de-

scription of setting the alarm limits can be found in section 

6.5.6.2.
