Operation

6.5.7.4

Setting of the Background Lighting

The background lighting of the display and keyboard can be set using the

[DIM]

keys.

The brightness can be adjusted in ten levels. The default brightness after power-up is
50 %.

Set background lighting

After adjusting the brightness, the default / standard brightness can be reset by pressing
the

[DIM]

key (down) a maximum of ten times and pressing the

[DIM]

key (up) five

times.

Proceed as follows to set the background
lighting:

1. To increase the brightness, press the

[DIM]



key (up).

2. To decrease the brightness, press the

[DIM]



key (down).

–

The background lighting is set immedi-
ately. No confirmation is necessary.
