Chapter 3 - Attendant Features and Operation

Mapping Options

The DSS/DLS Console unit can access Stations, Direct Appearing CO Lines, or features that
may be assigned to any of the flexible buttons (refer to

“Flexible Button Assignment” on

page 2-130

). Buttons assigned as CO lines cannot be changed, buttons assigned as Stations

can be changed by the user. Refer to

Figure 3-2

and

Figure 3-3

DSS Console Map #1 --

by default 12 CO Lines, 32 Stations (100-131), 2 Call Park locations, one

external page zone, and a release button. This provides a default layout of a 12 X 32
configuration.
