A short ring abandon (<4 seconds) means the system may drop the call before the CO trunk can present voltage 
again.  In this case the system rings the extension once and abandons the call.

6.6.1  PROGRAMMING USING THE DET

1. Enter Database Administration using the feature code

Call Handling

.  The system displays the Call Handling 

menu.

3. Highlight 

Category 1

Enter
