Vital Product Data pages are supported for obtaining additional information about 
the decoder. The Vela HD decoder supports the following Vital Product Data pag-
es:

Supported Vital Product Data Page (00h)

This page lists the Vital Product Data pages supported by the HD. The size of the 
Supported Vital product Data page is eight bytes. 

Unit Serial Number Page (80h)

This page returns the serial number of the decoder. The size of the Unit Serial 
Number page is 20 bytes, and currently reports the serial number as “unknown” 
in ASCII.
