DangerS anD cautionS
1. This grill is for outdoor use only, and shall not be used in a building, garage, or any other enclosed area.
2. This grill is NOT for commercial use.
3. This grill is for use with liquid propane (LP) gas only. The conversion to or attempted use of natural gas in this LP gas grill is dangerous.
4. LP gas Characteristics:
a. LP gas is flammable and hazardous if handled improperly. Become aware of the characteristics before
using any LP gas product.
b. LP gas is explosive under pressure, heavier than air, and settles and pools in low areas.
c. LP gas in its natural states has no odour. For your safety, an odourant is added that smells like rotten cabbage.
d.Contact with LP gas can cause freeze burns to skin.
5. LP gas tank needed to operate. Only tanks marked “propane” may be used.
6. LP gas tank must be arranged for vapour withdrawal.
7. The LP gas tank must have a tank collar to protect the tank valve.
8. Never use an LP gas tank with a damaged body, valve, collar, or footing.
9. Dented or rusted LP gas tanks may be hazardous and should be checked by your LP gas supplier prior to use.
10. The LP gas tank should not be dropped or handled roughly.
11. Tanks must be stored outdoors out of the reach of children and must not be stored in a building, garage,
or any other enclosed area. Your tankmust never be stored where temperatures can reach over 50LC.
12. Never keep a filled LP gas tank in a hot car or car boot. Heat will cause the gas pressure to increase,
which may open the relief valve and allow gas to escape.
13. Never attempt to attach this grill to the self-contained LP gas system of a camper trailer, motor home, or house.
14. The use of alcohol, or prescription or non-prescription drugs may impair the consumer’s ability to properly
assemble or safely operate the appliance.
15. Never use charcoal, lighter fluid, lava rocks, petrol, paraffin or alcohol with this product.
16. Your grill has been checked for all connections and leaks at the factory. Recheck all connections, as
movement in shipping can loosen connections.
17. Check for leaks even if your unit was assembled for you by someone else.
18. Do not operate if gas leak is present. Gas leaks may cause a fire or explosion.
19. You must follow all leak-checking procedures before operating. To prevent fire or explosion hazard when
testing for a leak:
a. Always perform leak test before lighting the grill and each time the tank is connected for use.
b. No smoking. Do not use or permit sources of ignition in the area while conducting a leak test.
c. Conduct the leak test outdoors in a well-ventilated area.
d. Do not use matches, lighters, or a flame to check for leaks.
e. Do not use grill until any and all leaks are corrected. If you are unable to stop a leak, disconnect the
LP gas supply and call your local LP gas supplier.
20. Do not store or use petrol or other flammable liquids or vapours within 7.62m of this appliance.
21. Do not use in an explosive atmosphere. Keep grill area clear and free from combustible materials, petrol
and other flammable vapours and liquids.
22. Keep all combustible items and surfaces at least 1 m away from the grill at all times. Do not use this grill
or any gas product under any overhead or near any unprotected combustible constructions. 23. It is essential to keep the grill’s valve compart-
ment, burners, and circulating air passage clean. Inspect
grill before each use.
24. Do not alter grill in any manner.
25. Do not use the grill unless it is COMPLETELY assembled and all parts are securely fastened and tightened.
26. This grill should be thoroughly cleaned and inspected on a regular basis. Clean and inspect the hose
before each use of the appliance. If there is evidence of abrasion, wear, cuts, or leaks, the hose must be
replaced prior to the appliance being put into operation.
27. Use only the regulator and hose assembly provided. The replacement LP gas regulator and hose
assembly shall be that specified by the manufacturer and certified to BSEN 12864: 2001. The life
expectancy of the LP gas regulator is estimated as 10years. It is recommended that the regulator is changed within 10 years of the date of manu-
facture.
28. Use only factory authorized parts. The use of any part that is not factory authorized can be dangerous.
29. Do not use this appliance without reading “Instructions for Use” in this manual.
30. Do not touch metal parts of grill until it has completely cooled (about 45 min.) to avoid burns, unless
wearing heat resistant gloves.
31. When cooking, fire extinguishing materials shall be readily accessible. In the event of an oil grease fire, do
not attempt to extinguish with water. Use type BC dry chemical fire extinguisher or smother with dirt, sand or baking soda.
32. Do not install or use in or on boats or recreational vehicles.
33. Do not use grill in high winds.
34. Never lean over the grill when lighting.
35. Do not leave a lit grill unattended, "WARNING! keep children and pets away" from grill at all times.
36. Do not attempt to move grill when in use. Allow the grill to cool before removing or storing.
37. Storage of grill indoors is permissible only if the tank is disconnected, removing from the grill and properly
stored outdoors.
38. Always open grill lid carefully and slowly as heat and steam trapped within grill can severely burn you.
39. Do not attempt to disconnect the gas regulator from the tank or any gas fitting while the grill is in use.
40. Always place your grill on a hard, level surface. The surfaces should be suitable to resist a 50C temperature rise.
41. Use extreme caution on wooden decks.
42. Move gas hoses as far away as possible from hot surfaces and dripping hot grease.
43. Keep all electrical cords away from a hot grill.
44. Do not use grill for indoor cooking or heating. Toxic fumes can accumulate and cause asphyxiation.
45. After a period of storage and / or nonuse, check for leaks, burner obstructions and inspect for any abrasion, wear, cuts to the hose.
46. Failure to open lid while igniting the grill’s burners, or not waiting 5 minutes to allow the gas to clear if the grill does not light, may result in an
explosive flame-up.
47. If grill is not in use, the gas must be turned off at the supply tank and regulator.
48. Never operate grill without heat plates installed.
49. Do not store a spare LP gas tank under or near this appliance.
50. It is necessary to change the tubing when the natural conditions require it. Use the type and length specified.
51. Position the tank near the grill so that the hose does not, and will not twist.
52. When changing the LP gas tank, make sure you do so away from any source of ignition.
53. Any modification of the appliance may be dangerous.
54. Death, serious injury or damage to property may occur if the above instructions are not followed exactly.

Read the following instruction carefully and be sure your barbecue is properly installed, assembled and cared for. Failure to follow these instructions

Never fit the cylinder right to next the barbecue. Always place the cylinder at the left hand rear of the appliance. The cylinder should be sited as far
away from the appliance as possible without straining the hose.
Never light the grill with the lid closed.
The appliance and cylinder must be placed on level surface and must not be used whilst alight.

The barbecue grill is safe and easy to use. The specified gas for use is propane at 37 mbar.
Please ensure you only use your barbecue at the correct pressure which the appliance is designed for.
The two wheels have been fitted to this unit for easy manoeuvrability.
Food can be barbecued on the cooking grid either with or without the lid being closed. When the lid is closed for 5 minutes, the lid must be open for 1
min to release heat.
Adequate ventilation is vital for combustion and efficiency performance of the barbecue. This will ensure the safety of the user and other people in
the vicinity of the area where the appliance is being used. Never use the appliance in any enclosed covered area.
When the wind speed is above 2m/s, don’t use gas grill facing to the wind.
The appliance is designed for use outdoors only.
Warning! Accessible parts may be very hot. Keep young children away.
Read the instructions before using the appliance.
Do not move the appliance while in use.
Turn off the appliance at the cylinder valve or regulator after use.
Any modification to the appliance may be dangerous and may cause injury or property damage.
Any unauthorised modification of the appliance will invalidate the guarantee on this
appliance.
Never mount the cylinder under the barbecue on the base shelf as this could result in
serious injury to the user, other people and/or property.
The appliance must not have any overhead obstruction. E.g. trees, shrubs, lean to roofs. The appliance must be installed with a clearance of 1 m
around the appliance.
The appliance must not be used near flammable materials. (Petroleum based products, thinners or any other solid object that carries a flammable
warning label.)
Close the valve of the gas cylinder or the regulator after use.
The use of this appliance in enclosed areas can be dangerous and is PROHIBITED.

3. Seul du gaz propane liquide doit être utilisé avec ce barbecue. La conversion de ce barbecue au gaz propane liquide pour une utilisation avec du gaz

ou la tentative de l'utiliser avec du gaz naturel, est dangereuse.
4. Caractéristiques du gaz propane liquide :
a. Le gaz propane liquide est inflammable et dangereux s'il n'est pas manipulé correctement. Prendre connaissance des caractéristiques de tout produit
fonctionnant avec du gaz propane avant de l'utiliser.
b. Le gaz propane liquide est une substance explosive sous pression, il est plus lourd que l'air et s'accumule dans les zones basses.
c. À l'état naturel, le gaz propane liquide est inodore. Pour la sécurité des utilisateurs, un agent odorisant sentant le chou pourri lui est ajouté.
d. Le contact du gaz propane avec la peau peut provoquer des brûlures par le froid.
5. Une bouteille de gaz propane liquide est nécessaire pour faire fonctionner l'appareil. N'utiliser que des bouteilles conçues pour le propane.
6. La bouteille de gaz propane liquide doit être placée à la verticale de façon à assurer l'évacuation des émanations gazeuses.
7. La bouteille de gaz propane liquide doit être équipée d'un robinet d'arrêt pour protéger la valve.
8. Ne jamais utiliser une bouteille de gaz propane liquide dont le réservoir, la valve, le robinet d'arrêt ou le pied est endommagé.
9. L'utilisation d'une bouteille de gaz propane liquide rouillée ou bosselée peut s'avérer dangereuse ; faire vérifier la bouteille auprès d'un fournisseur
de gaz avant toute utilisation.
10. Ne pas jeter ou manipuler brutalement la bouteille de gaz propane liquide.
11. Stocker la bouteille de gaz à l'extérieur hors de la portée des enfants ; ne pas l'entreposer dans un immeuble, un garage
ou un local fermé. Ne jamais stocker la bouteille de gaz dans des endroits où la température peut excéder 50 °C.
12. Ne jamais stocker une bouteille de gaz propane liquide pleine dans une voiture chauffée ou un coffre de voiture. La chaleur peut entraîner l'aug-
mentation de la pression du gaz,
ce qui peut provoquer l'ouverture de la valve et laisser ainsi échapper du gaz.
13. Ne jamais raccorder le barbecue au système de gaz propane liquide autonome d'une caravane, d'un camping-car ou
d'une maison.
14. La consommation d'alcool, ou de médicaments prescrits ou non par un médecin, peut nuire à la capacité de l'utilisateur
à monter ou à utiliser l'appareil en toute sécurité.
15. Ne jamais utiliser de charbon, d'essence à briquet, de pierre de lave, d'essence, de paraffine ou d'alcool avec ce produit.
16. L'ensemble des raccords de l'appareil ont été vérifiés en usine afin de s'assurer qu'il n'y avait aucune fuite. Vérifier à nouveau tous les raccords, car
les mouvements lors du transport peuvent les avoir desserrés.
17. Vérifier qu'il n'y a pas de fuite même si l'appareil a été monté par quelqu'un d'autre.
18. Ne pas utiliser l'appareil en cas de fuite de gaz. Les fuites de gaz peuvent provoquer un incendie ou une explosion.
19. Suivre toutes les procédures de détection des fuites avant l'utilisation de l'appareil. Afin d'éviter tout risque d'incendie ou d'explosion lors de la
détection des fuites éventuelles :
a. Toujours vérifier qu'il n'y a pas de fuite avant d'allumer le barbecue et à chaque branchement de la bouteille de gaz.
b. Ne pas fumer. Ne pas utiliser ni permettre l'utilisation d'une source d'inflammation à proximité de l'appareil lors de la détection des fuites
éventuelles.
c. Procéder à la détection des fuites éventuelles à l'extérieur dans un endroit bien ventilé.
d. N'utiliser ni allumette, ni briquet, ni flamme pour détecter les fuites.
e. Ne pas utiliser le barbecue tant que toutes les fuites ne sont pas réparées. Dans l'impossibilité d'une réparation, couper
l'alimentation en gaz propane liquide et appeler le fournisseur de gaz local.
20. Ne pas stocker ni utiliser d'essence, ou d'autres liquides ou vapeurs inflammables, à moins de 7,62 m de l'appareil.
21. Ne pas utiliser dans une atmosphère explosive. S'assurer que l'espace autour du barbecue est propre et exempt de matière combustible, d'essence
ou d'autres vapeurs et liquides inflammables.
22. Maintenir tout objet ou surface combustible à une distance d'au moins 1 m du barbecue à tout moment. Ne pas utiliser ce barbecue
ou tout autre produit fonctionnant avec du gaz à proximité ou en dessous d'une construction combustible non protégée. 23. Veiller à tenir l'espace
autour de la valve et des brûleurs, ainsi que la zone de circulation d'air, toujours propres et dégagés. Examiner
