Option [114]: Line Card Number - Channel 3
Default (03)
The line card number provides a virtual identification code for each SG-DRL5-IP module. Hexadecimal numbers “01” to “FE” can be programmed to
identify line cards. For example, in the automation/printer messages below, the line card numbers are in
bold
.
001
001
[#0000|NMIss00]
SG -01-
001
-0000-NMIss00- Firmware Update Initiated
Option [115]: Line Card Number Length
Default (0A) - 3-Digit LC num (2-Digit Receiver DEC)
This option is used to determine how many digits from the line card number are sent to the output. This option also sets whether the number will dis-
play in Hex or decimal. Program this option with one of the following:
1-HEX Digit LC num (hex) (01)
Sends only one Hex digit to the printer or computer output (the last digit of the line
card number is used).
2-HEX Digit LC num (hex) (02)
Sends 2-digit Hex line card number to the output.
3-HEX Digit LC num (hex) (03)
Sends 3-digit Hex line card number to the output (a leading zero is inserted prior to
the line card number).
3-Digit LC num (2-Digit Receiver DEC)(0A)
Sends 3-digit line card number in decimal; sends 2-digit receiver number in decimal
Option [116]: Protocol ID
Default (01) - 0RRLLL
00 - SRRLLL
= Output for all internal signals is SRRL protocol
01 - 0RRLLL
= Output for all internal signals is 0RRL protocol
02 - SRRLLL, Leading space (DVACS only)
= Output signals in automation protocol SRRL with leading space in the zone
(DVACS only)
03 - 0RRLLL, Leading space (DVACS only)
= Output signals in automation protocol 0RRL with leading space in the zone
(DVACS only)
When this option is programmed as SRRLLL(00), the SG-DRL5-IP outputs internal messages in the following format:
SRRLLL[#AAAA|Nxxyy]
If it is programmed as 0RRLLL(01), internal messages will be output as:
0RRLLL[#AAAA|Nxxyy]
S, 0 (zero)
= Protocol number
RR
= Receiver number
LLL
= Line number
AAAA
= Account code, always 0000
Option [123] Busy Out
Default (00) - Buffer Full, SG-CPM5 Absent, No Time or Firmware Corrupt
The line card stops acknowledging transmitter events under specific trouble conditions if option [123] is programmed with the following:
00
No time is set on the SG-CPM5, firmware corruption, the buffer is full or the SG-DRL-IP has lost communication with the SG-
CPM5.
01
SG-DRL-IP is never busied out
04
SG-DRL-IP is busied out, there is no automation or the SG-CPM5 is absent
05
SG-DRL-IP is busied out, buffer is full or the SG-CPM5 is absent
NOTE: If 01 is selected, the line card overwrites the oldest alarm with a new alarm when the internal buffer is full. For UL Listed products,
the permitted setting is 00.
The status LED indicates the following for busy conditions:
Number of Flashes
Reason
Solid
Internal network failed
1 flashes
CPM absent
2 flashes
Line card is busied out
3 flashes
Printer buffer full
