Trouble Condition
Description
Fan Tray 2 Trouble
This trouble condition occurs when fan Tray 2 fails or slows down to an undesirable speed
Fan Tray 3 Trouble
This trouble condition occurs when fan Tray 3 fails or slows down to an undesirable speed
Fan Tray 4 Trouble
This trouble condition occurs when fan Tray 4 fails or slows down to an undesirable speed
CPM 1 Fan Trouble
This trouble condition occurs when the Primary SG-CPM5 fan tray fails or slows down to an undesir-
able speed
CPM 2 Fan Trouble
This trouble condition occurs when the Secondary SG-CPM5 fan tray fails or slows down to an undesir-
able speed
CPM 1 Temperature Warning
This trouble occurs when the internal board temperature of the Primary SG-CPM5 reached 65 degrees
Celcius
CPM 2 Temperature Warning
This trouble occurs when the internal board temperature of the Secondary SG-CPM5 reached 65 degrees
Celsius
PSU Compatibility Fail
The two power supplies installed are not at the same power rating
CPM 1 RTC Battery Fail
The backup battery for the RTC chip has reached a low voltage condition - The battery check is per-
formed every day at midnight (00:00:00)
CPM 2 RTC Battery Fail
The backup battery for the RTC chip has reached a low voltage condition - The battery check performed
every day at midnight (00:00:00)
CPM1 Absent
Message is displayed if the secondary SG-CPM5 cannot communicate with the primary SG-CPM5
CPM2 Absent
Message is displayed if the primary SG-CPM5 cannot communicate with the secondary SG-CPM5
CPM 1 Auxiliary CPU Fail
This message is displayed when the Auxiliary CPU fails on the primary SG-CPM5
CPM 2 Auxiliary CPU Fail
This message is displayed when the Auxiliary CPU fails on the secondary SG-CPM5
UIB 1 Cable Fail
This message is displayed when the primary User Interface Board communication is lost
Possible Causes - Hardware ID cannot be read, Power disconnected to the display, display cable dis-
connected
UIB 2 Cable Fail
This message is displayed when the secondary User Interface Board communication is lost
Possible Causes - Hardware ID cannot be read, Power disconnected to the display, display cable dis-
connected
