changed on any port i n the system.

t i me i s changed by the user.
Track i ng s i gna l changed W hen Enab l ed, a message i s pr i nted w hen track i ng s i gna l
parameters (frequency or po l ar i zat i on) are changed. Note that th i s
message i s N O T pr i nted w hen the s i gna l source i s changed by
track i ng a ne w target, even i f i t changes the s i gna l source.

target, the t i me and date for the next target are pr i nted. A
message i s a l so pr i nted i f the schedu l e i s exhausted (empty) or an
