You may be having problems with your Internet connection. Check if you can
connect to Trend Micro’s Web site at www.antivirus.com.
If your Internet connection has no problem but you get the "Unknown" error
message on the GateLock configuration console, the files on the Trend Micro
update server are probably being updated. Try clicking Update > Product Update
from the sidebar after around 30 minutes.
