To verify if you are connected to the Internet, click Connection > On-Demand
Connection on the sidebar. The On-Demand Connection page loads, displaying your
connection status and connection settings.
• If you are disconnected from the Internet and you want to connect, click
Connect Now at the bottom of the page.
• If you are connected from the Internet and want to disconnect, click
Disconnect at the bottom of the page.

ISP Requirements
Use the ISP Requirements page if you need to change the MAC address or host name
information you have specified in Quick Setup. You can change the MAC address
that GateLock is using if you experience problems connecting to your ISP. See
Viewing your MAC address
on page A-1 for instructions on how to obtain another
MAC address for GateLock.
