Password Protection - Setting a Password

Note: 

When password-protection is enabled, the configuration console automatically logs 
you off after 5 minutes of inactivity after logon. This is to further prevent anyone from 
altering your GateLock’s settings if you ever forget to log off the configuration 
console.

Time Zone

For GateLock to accurately record the date and time in its antivirus and anti-hacker 
logs, you need to specify your correct time zone for your region. By default, the time 
zone is set to America/Los_Angeles. If you are not from this area, it is recommended 
that you change your GateLock’s time zone settings.

To specify your time zone:

1. Click Settings > Time Zone. 

2. Select your time zone from the drop-down menu.

3. Click Apply.
