If the alignment of the touch screen is off making it difficult to use the
screen it can be recalibrated.

The following screen displays:

Figure 4–11. Touch Screen Calibration Screen

The screen asks the user to press three targets on the screen, indicated by
a large plus sign ‘+’. The first target is in the upper left of the screen, the
second is in the lower right of the screen and the third is in the upper
right of the screen.

If the touch screen is so out of alignment the user is unable to login, the
following procedure starts the touch screen calibration utility.

1.

Power up the machine

2.

When the User Login screen displays, start the belt

3.

What for the code

TSC-1

to appear next to

MORE MENUS

4.

Stop the belt

5.

Wait for the code

TSC-2

to display

6.

Start the belt again

7.

Wait for the code

TSC-3

to display

8.

Stop the belt again, this should trigger the touch screen calibration

Note.

There is a 1 minute time limit when the EZx starts where

this procedure can be used to start a screen calibration.
