While inspecting a product, it is possible to edit the filters. The 

EDIT 

FILTERS

 button is available only to users with 

Supervisor

 or 

System 

Administrator 

privileges.  

 Pressing 

EDIT FILTERS

 displays the following screen:

 Edit Filters Screen 

This screen lists the current running product’s filters and the filters 
current thresholds and parameters. In addition, for every filter the 
average minimum value and the lowest minimum value of the last 10 
good packages scanned is displayed. The average and minimum values 
are continuously updated as packages pass through the system. 

The values of the filter thresholds and any additional filter parameters 
can be changed at this screen.

Select the filter threshold or parameter to change

Press 

NUMERIC KEYPAD

 to enter a new value 

OR 

Press 

QUICKSET THRESHOLDS

 to create new thresholds for all of 

the filters based on the current minimum value 

3.

 

Press Use New Thresholds to have the new settings loaded and the 
EZx begins using the new settings. This is a temporary change. The 
new filter settings are not saved to the product.
