The area the product is transported through via the conveyor is the 

Inspection Chamber

 where the 

X-ray

 beam passes through the product.  

The conveyor system of the 

EZx

 is designed with the user in mind. One 

person can change the conveyor belt and track it in a matter of minutes. 
The belt speed can be controlled by means of the touch-screen panel. 

The 

EZx

 comes equipped with user-friendly software that resides on a 

state of the art computer for real-time processing of the detected image. 
The software includes highly advanced image processing and a user-
friendly, intuitive, touch screen environment to set up and run the 
machine. 

The following requirements are needed to accommodate the 

EZx

 

inspection machine: 

•

 

Vibration free location away from electrical noise 

•

 

Locate away from direct heat and sunlight 

•

 

Adequate floor space for the system including allowance for 
cleaning, service, and an operator to the front and back 

•

 

AC power source 

•

 

Clean dry compressed air for the pneumatic devices and cooling
