When the

Diode Calibration

is complete, the machine indicates if

the calibration has passed or failed.

If the

Diode Calibration

fails, run the calibration again. If it fails for

a second time, contact

Thermo Fisher Scientific Field Service

When the calibration is complete and has passed, begin running
product as usual.

Do not use the interlocks or E-stops as the normal

Check roller bearings for excessive noise or vibration. Replace as
necessary.

Check to see the annunciation lamp is working correctly (
