RDS (Radio Data System)
RDS
Le RDS est un service radio qui permet aux
stations émettrices de diffuser des
informations complémentaires
parallèlement à l'émission radio elle-même.
Le service RDS ne peut être capté que sur la
bande FM.
Chaque fois que l'on appuie sur la touche
DISPLAY, le mode change, selon l'ordre
suivant:
PS (Nom du service de programmes)
Sélectionnez l'option PS, apparaît le nom
du programme. Si la station n'a pas de
données de PS, c'est sa fréquence qui
s'affiche.
PTY (Type de programme)
La sélection de PTY entraîne l'affichage
du type de programme capté. L'indication
NO PTY s'affiche en cas d'absence de
données de PTY.
RT (Texte radiodiffusé)
Sélectionnez l'option RT, apparaît le texte
radiodiffusé. Si on change de station en
mode RT, l'indication RT s'affiche 5
secondes plus tard. Si la station n'a pas
de données RT, c'est sa fréquence qui
s'affiche.

Appuyez sur la touche RDS en mode
PTY.
Sélectionnez le type de programme
souhaité à l'aide de la touche TUNING,
puis appuyez sur la touche RDS.
L'appareil recherche une station qui
diffuse un programme du type
sélectionné.
S'il ne trouve pas de station qui diffuse le
type de programme sélectionné,
l'appareil revient à la station en cours.
Pour mettre fin à la recherche, appuyez
sur la touche RDS.

RDS is available only in Europe.
RDS is a broadcasting service which allows
stations to send additional information along
with the regular radio program signal. RDS
can be received only in FM band.
Every time the DISPLAY button is pressed,
the mode is changed as follows:
PS (Program Service Name)
When you select PS, the program service
name will be displayed. If there is no PS
data in the station, the frequency will be
displayed.
PTY (Program Type)
When you select PTY, the type of
received PTY will be displayed. "NO PTY"
will be displayed if there is no PTY data.
RT (Radio Text)
When you select RT, the RT data will be
displayed. If you change the station in
RT mode, RT will be displayed after 5
seconds. If the station has no RT, the
frequency will be displayed.

Press the RDS button.
Select the program type by TUNING
buttons, and press the RDS button.
The unit searches for a station
broadcasting the selected PTY.
When the selected PTY isn't found, the
unit comes back to the current station.
To stop the search, press the RDS button.
