Front Roof Lamp
The front roof lamp is located between the anti-glare rear view mirror and
the eyeglasses case. Three switches on the front lamp control when the lamp
illuminates and the illumination of the individual reading lamps.
The position of the center switch, 1, controls the front and rear lamps as
follows:
Depressed Left -
The front and rear roof lamps will be illuminated, regardless
of the switch position.
Center -
When either of the front doors or rear doors is opened, the front and rear
roof lamps will illuminate. After the four doors are closed the lamp will remain
illuminated for approximately five to eight (5 to 8) seconds or until the ignition
switch is moved to the “IGN” position.
Depressed Right -
The front and rear roof lamps will not illuminate, regardless
of the doors being open or closed.
The two triangular switches, 2, control the operation of the individual left and
right reading lamps. Press the switch once to turn the lamp on, press the switch
again to turn the light off.
Rear Roof Lamp
The rear lamp, 3, is located directly over the rear passenger seat. The rear roof
lamp contains two triangular switches that control the operation of the left and
right reading lamps. Press the switch once to turn the light on, press the switch
again to turn the lamp off.
