If using a spreadsheet program (e.g. Microsoft Excel), omit the quotes. For example:
Import system speed dial list
The
Import System Speed Dial List
area allows you to import speed dial numbers from a .csv file.
The imported speed dial numbers will override or be added to the existing speed dial numbers.
Imported speed dial numbers will use the first available hunt group (i.e. 9).
1. Click
Select File
. The
Import System Speed Dial List
window appears.
2. Select the .csv file, and then click
Open
. A progress bar appears.
3. Click
Close
.
4. Choose
File > Save
to save the imported speed dial list to the TalkSwitch unit.
Export system speed dial list
The
Export System Speed Dial List
area allows you to export the speed dial numbers to a .csv file.
You can then share the .csv file as required, or print it for your users. The first line of the file is
a title line, and subsequent lines contain entries. Each entry in the file has the following
information: *speed dial number, first name, last name, and phone number.
