Introduction to Wise Package Studio

Options on the Wise Package Studio Logon dialog box

Current Windows
NT account

Log on to Wise Package Studio as the
currently logged-on Windows NT
user.

z

The computer must be connected to a
Windows NT domain.

z

You must have an Enterprise Management
Server license.

z

Security Setup must contain a security group
whose name matches a valid group in the NT
domain, and you must be defined in that
domain group. If you are in multiple NT
groups, you are logged on under the first valid
group that is encountered.

Windows NT
account

Log on to Wise Package Studio with a
Windows NT account. This account
can be different from the one that is
currently logged on to Windows. This
lets you log on to Wise Package
Studio from another computer,
including a remote computer.

The computer must be connected to a
Windows NT domain.

The remote computer must have Wise Package
Studio installed.

You must have an Enterprise Management
Server license.
