This manual describes how to install and use the Sun™ StorEdge™ L400 tape library
tower and rackmounted versions. The manual also contains some maintenance
information regarding the use, care, and cleaning of certain components. Finally, it
contains procedures on how to install various components within the tape library.

Using UNIX Commands

This document may not contain information on basic UNIX

®

commands and

procedures such as shutting down the system, booting the system, and configuring
devices.
