Front Panel
Front door The door contains a clear, shatterproof and scratch resistant window
that allows you to see the cartridges, the tape drives and the motions
of the CHM.
Key lock When the power is on, an electronically controlled lock (solenoid
latch) engages automatically after the door is locked with the key.
When you turn the key, the door will not unlock until the CHM
finishes performing the current command and moves to the park
position
Operator panel Allows you to manually change control modes, set SCSI IDs, and
perform diagnostics. A security option prevents users from making
changes using this panel.
