Oil Tank and secure by inserting Tie’s “serrated”

end into the 1/4” hole provided. Secure #1731 &

1732 Hoses with #793 Plastic Tie. (Check Photos)

33) Thread each of the three (3) Handles into

threaded shafts in forward end of #1920 Valve

Bank. Secure with lock nuts on each Handle

shaft.

34) Locate the two 5/16 holes in #1615 Cover

over mating # 1720 Rods... secure above with

Flange Nuts... tighten.

At this point, go through your completed assem-

bly Instructions and properly align and “finish

tighten” all Hose & Fitting connections and all

mounting Bolts & Clips. “Finish tighten”

both

the

items you had tightened previously and those

items you were told “not to tighten” during your as-

sembly steps.

34) Align the 5/16” holes in #1718 Cover with pro-

truding #1720 threaded studs in #1722 Valve. Se-

cure above with 5/16” Flange Nuts.

35) Screw ends of #192B Valve Handles into

“vertical“ or “horizontal” positions on threaded

ends of each Valve spool...secure with nut pro-

vided.

36) Carefully fill #1719 Oil Tank with AW32 Hy-

draulic Oil to approximately 5” to the top of Tank.

Close top of Tank with #616 Breather Cap...don’t

over tighten!. Replace (-) Ground Wire on (-) Neg-

ative post of Battery.
