STEP 1.

Position the #1112 Wrapper up-

ward as shown in the picture.

STEP 2.

Loosely assemble, the #1113 End

to one side of the #1112 Wrapper with (7) AA

Bolts & (7) BB Nuts. Repeat the process for

the other side of the #1112 Wrapper.

Hint: Insert the (3) bottom bolts first and

then use a punch to line of the (4) side

bolts. Nuts should be on the inside of the

box. Leave Loose.

STEP 3.

Insert (1) of the #1114 Inserts into

the wrapper as shown.

Make sure:

A. The bend of the #1114 insert is fac

ing “outward”.

B. The notch in the #1114 insert is on

the bottom.

C. The holes in the #1114 Insert, line

up with the “outside” holes of the

#1112 Wrapper.

STEP 4.

On the rear of the #1112 Wrapper,

insert (4) CC Bolts & thread on (4) EE Nuts.

Repeat the process for the other #1114 Insert.

Leave loose.

Do not do to the front of the

#1112 Wrapper.

NOTE: Skip STEPS 5-7 if you’ll be mount-

ing the BB60 Ballast Box to the HRH35 -

Hydro Rear Hitch (rear hitch).

STEP 5.

On the front of the #1112 Wrapper,

attach the #1928L Left Bracket with (3) DD

Bolts & thread on (4) EE Nuts. (3/8” holes).

Keep loose.

Make sure:

A. To note the way the “bends” of the

#1928L Bracket are facing.

B. To not be using the (3) 1/2” holes.
