SRS Residual Gas Analyzer

Enable averaging with the function button. The button should be pressed.

Start the scan if it is not running.

Pressure Reduction

If you purchased a pressure reduction system from SRS this feature allows you to display
true pressure values using the pressure reduction factor that corresponds to your system.
If pressure reduction is enabled, all pressure readings are multiplied by the pressure
reduction factor before they are displayed.

IMPORTANT

: Entering the wrong pressure reduction factor will result in erroneous

measurements being displayed.

Y-Axis Unit Change

The default unit of the Y-Axis in the display modes of analog, histogram, P vs T, Leak
Test, and Library is Torr.    This can be changed by double clicking the unit word to open
the RGA global unit dialog box.    The user can choose a desired unit among Torr,
mTorr, mbar, bar, Pascal, Amps (this is a current unit measured in the head), or a User
defined unit in the box.    There are a couple of other relative units in the box.    When a
unit is selected, all the related display modes employ the same units.
