RB6741-Z Touchscreen Security System Installation Manual

Resetting the Touchscreen to Factory Defaults

When an activated Touchscreen

is reset to factory defaults, the customer’s account must be

reset by Customer Care in order for it to be reactivated.

To reset the Touchscreen:

Be sure you have the premise passphrase for the account.

From the Installer Settings menu, touch

Advanced Settings > Reset to Factory
Defaults

The Reset Touchscreen to Factory Defaults
screen appears.

Touch

Reset to Factory Defaults

. The Key

pad screen appears.

Enter the installer keypad code. The keyboard screen appears.

Enter the PREMISE PASSPHRASE for the current account. The device resets and the
Installation screen appears.
