RB6741-Z Touchscreen Security System Installation Manual

Enter the activation code and touch 

Next

. The Account Phone Number key

Enter the Account phone number and 
touch 

Next

. The system activates the 

Touchscreen with the system servers. 

 

 

If the activation fails, see the suggestions that follow step 12.

When the server activation process 
completes, touch 

Next

. A screen 

displays options to pair the Touchscreen 
with various security and environmental 
devices. If the customer requires a 
Takeover Board, install the Takeover 
Board first. Otherwise, install the 
sensors next. 

 

 

If the activation fails, check to ensure you have entered the activation code and phone 
number correctly. If it still fails, contact Customer Care to ensure the following:  

 

Activation information is correct. 

 

Customer’s account is ready for activation. 

 

Customer’s account is paired with another Touchscreen device. 

 

Touchscreen device is not paired with another account (RMA device). 

 

Touchscreen is added to inventory. 

 

Touchscreen CPE ID is assigned to the same deployment as the customer 
account.
