RB6741-Z Touchscreen Security System Installation Manual

Force-Defaulting a Motion Detector

To force-default a motion detector:

Remove the back cover from the motion detector.

Remove the batteries.

Remove the front cover.

While pressing and holding the tamper switch,
insert a single battery into the motion detector.
The front panel LED goes ON.

After 1 second, release the tamper switch. The LED blinks green.

Replace the front cover and all the batteries to the motion detector.

Replace the back cover.
