Image Processing

Placing the input focus

with the mouse

◆

Using the left mouse button, click into the segment of the image area on 
which you want to place the input focus.

An explicitly selected image or an explicitly selected graphic is deselected if you 
place the input focus on a segment, even if you only click on the same segment.

Changing the input

focus using the

keyboard

◆

Press the arrow key 

left

 or 

right

.

– The input focus is moved to the next column of the image area.

Or

◆

Press the arrow key 

up

 or 

down

.

– The input focus is moved to the next row of the image area.

If an image or a graphic is selected explicitly, the arrow keys are not active.

Processing an image

As long as you have not selected any images explicitly, your processing steps are 
applied to the image in the segment that has the input focus, i.e. the image with 
the dashed border.

Place the input focus on the image that you want to process.

If you cannot see an input focus in the image area, one or more images are 
explicitly selected in the background.
