Types
The following ten types of problems (errors) trigger alarms.

POWER OUTAGE
Power supply interruption
Occurs when the power is shut OFF. In addition to power
failure or outage, this also occurs when the power is
switched OFF manually.

ERROR
Background measurement error
Occurs when the detector output exceeds an allowable
value during background measurements.
SPAN CALIBRATE
ERROR
Sensitivity adjustment error
Occurs when detector output does not remain stable during
sensitivity adjustment.
FLOW FAILED
Pump flowrate error
Occurs when the pump flowrate is outside the range of
1.7 L/min

Laser error
Occurs when the detector laser current is outside the
allowable range.

LD-5F COMM DOWN
Dust unit communication error
Occurs when a communication problem occurs with the dust
unit.
SWS COMM DOWN
Weather sensor communication error
Occurs when a communication problem occurs with the
weather sensor.
HEATER FAILED
Heater error
Occurs when the dehumidification heater temperature
deviates by more than
±
5 % from the temperature setting
value.
BACKUP WARNING
Low button cell backup battery warning
Occurs when the power is switched ON, the button cell
backup battery level is checked, and the remaining capacity
is low.
BACKUP FAILED
Depleted button cell backup battery capacity error
Occurs when the power is switched ON, the button cell
backup battery level is checked, and the battery is depleted.
