WARNING

When installing the instrument, always secure it to a sturdy building or structural member. Make

sure the installation site is strong enough to bear the corresponding loads.

Check the power cord for cuts or other damage to the cable jackets before operating the

instrument. Do not step on or place heavy objects on the power cord. Using a damaged power

cord could result in a fire or electric shock.

Do not use a damaged power cord or loose power supply outlet. Doing so could result in a fire,

electric shock, or other hazards.

Do not connect the power cord into an outlet with multiple items sharing the same extension

cord or plug adapter. Doing so could result in a fire or electric shock.

Do not touch the power cord or outlet with wet hands. Doing so could result in an electric shock.

If using an extension cord to use the product outdoors, make sure it is a waterproof model.

Sibata is not responsible for any accidents involving an extension cord.

Always ground the unit. During the grounding process, disconnect the power cord from the

outlet. Not doing so could result in a fire or electric shock. Never ground it to a gas pipe. Doing

so could result in an explosion or fire.

Never attempt to disassemble or modify the product. Doing so could result in an accident or

malfunction.

Do not permit water, other liquids, or gases other than atmospheric air to enter the product.

Doing so could result in a fire or malfunction.

If a problem occurs during operation, immediately stop operating the product, and identify and

eliminate the cause. If it is determined that the product caused the problem, switch OFF the

power switch, disconnect the power cord from the power outlet, and then contact your Sibata

representative. Never operate the product if it is not functioning normally or have it repaired by

anyone other than an authorized service engineer. Doing so could result in an accident or

malfunction.

Always grip the plug to unplug the power cord. Pulling on the cord could damage the cord and

result in an electric shock or fire.

Always disconnect the power cord from the outlet before cleaning or inspecting the product. Not

doing so could result in an electric shock or short circuit.

Unplug the power cord from the outlet when the product is not in use. Not doing so could result

in a fire or malfunction.
