Continuous measurement refers to manually started and stopped measurements. Default

conditions for continuous measurements are indicated below.

Starting Measurements

After finishing 8-1-2 Adjusting the Sensitivity Level, display the operation screen (standby mode).

Note: Make sure the scattering plate knob mark is at the [MEASURE] position and the valve

is open.

(1) Select [START] (by pressing [1]).

A Confirmation screen is displayed.
