WARNING
When installing the instrument, be sure to secure it to
a sturdy building or structural member.
If used unsecured, strong winds or shaking from an earthquake
or construction could cause the instrument to tip over or fall,
resulting in accident, injury, damage, or malfunction.
WARNING
Be sure to confirm the load-bearing capacity of the
location where the instrument is to be placed.
The instrument weighs about 14 kg (15 kg including optional
parts).
Be sure to confirm that the site is strong enough to bear the weight
of the instrument before installation.
Installing the instrument without confirming the load-bearing
capacity could result in accident, injury, damage, or malfunction.
CAUTION
When transporting the instrument, be sure to lift on the
main FLD-1 unit.
Lifting it by holding the air sampling tube or optional weather
sensor could result in damage or malfunction.
The instrument can be mounted by fastening it to a single pipe or fastening it to a stand or table
that is anchored to the ground with anchor bolts, for example. Secure the instrument using the
means appropriate for the circumstances at the given installation site.
4-1-1 Fastening
