(4) Loosen the two hexagon socket head cap

screws on the column portion of the weather

sensor.

Note: Use a hexagon wrench with 4 mm

across flats.

(5) Rotate the weather sensor so that the mark on

the side of the sensor faces due south.

Note: Beware that accurate measurements are

not possible unless the mark is properly

facing south.

(6) Tighten the two hexagon socket head cap

screws loosened above.

Configuring Settings on the Main Unit

Enable the weather sensor functions by configuring corresponding settings in the main

instrument.

(1) Open the FLD-1 door and turn the power switch ON.
