4-3 Connecting the Weather Sensor (Optional)

Connecting an optional weather sensor allows simultaneously measuring the external air

temperature, relative humidity, wind direction, and wind speed as well as dust.

Installing a Weather Sensor

(1) Loosen the weather sensor mounting bolts on

the left side of the instrument.

Note: Bolt head size is 12 mm (width across

flats).

Note: Loosen the bolts until a 2 to 3 mm gap

opens.

(2) Slide the bolt holes in the weather sensor

mounting bracket onto the mounting bolts and

then tighten the bolts to fasten the bracket.

(3) Connect the cable from the weather sensor to

the [WEATHER] connector on the back of the

main unit.

Note: After aligning the slot and inserting the

cable, fasten the connector by turning

the outer ring.
