Overview
When the machine cannot print because it is out of paper or out of toner, received
Internet faxes are forwarded to another previously registered Internet fax address
(including direct SMTP).
Operation
Tap the [Setting mode] key on the Home screen.
Forwarding is n ot possible if n o faxe s we re re c e ive d or a forwarding fax n u mbe r is
n ot programme d.
If some page s of a fax that is bein g forwarde d we re s u cc e ssfu lly prin te d, o nly
th ose page s th at w ere not prin ted w ill be forw arde d.
If forwardin g was n ot su cc e ssfu l bec au se th e tran smission w as canc ele d or a
c ommu n ic ation e rror oc cu rred, th e faxe s that w ere to be forwarde d w ill re tu rn to
th e machin e 's th e prin t que u e.
