Overview
Characters to prevent unauthorized copying such as pre-set or customized text are
placed as invisible characters in a background pattern.
When an output sheet with a pattern print is copied, the hidden characters will appear.

patte rn prin t.

To se t a pattern prin t:
In "S e ttin g mode ", se lec t [Se cu rity Se tting s] → [Hidde n Pattern Prin t S ettin g].
