Overview
Follow the steps below if you need to start fax reception after answering a call and
speaking on the extension telephone.
If you are using a pulse line, set the extension to send tone signals.
Operation
While the m achine is ringing, pick up the receiver t o speak.
Signal t he machine to start fax reception.
Press
from the extension telephone.

[F ax Se ttin gs] → [Re ce ive Settin gs] to e n able [M an ual Rec e ption].

In "S etting mode ", se le c t [System Se ttin g s] → [Image Se nd Se ttin gs] → [F ax
Se ttin gs] → [De fault Se ttin gs] → [Re mote Re ce ption Number Se tting].
