C HECKING FA XES RECEIV ED BY F-CODE
C ONFIDENTIAL REC EPTION
Overview
When an F-code confidential fax received, the fax is stored in the memory box specified
by the F-code. To check received faxes, enter the print passcode.
Operation
The machine rings and the fax is received.
A beep sounds when reception ends.
Tap the [Others] key, and tap the [M emory Box] key.
From the [Confidential ] tab, tap the [C heck received data list] key on t he
Confide ntial faxe s are au tomatically given priority in th e prin t job qu e ue.
Th e fax is automatically c leared from th e memory box after bein g prin te d.
