Cause
Measure
Faulty comparison between raw position and
track counter of absolute encoders.
– Check the track signal wiring.
– Check interference sources (e.g. from EMC).
– Replace the encoder.
– Replace the card.
Note: In "emergency mode" manual mode, you
can move the drive using the motor encoder if the
external position encoder is faulty.
