Start-Up Checklist

1 Installation checklist is complete and signed.
2 Open all valves on suction and discharge.
3 Fluid is available (especially for suction lift applications).
4 Prime the pump.
5 Verify that gearbox lubrication and vents are correct.
6 Turn on seal flush – tighten packing if leaking is excessive.
7 Check mechanical seals for proper installation. Clips removed
8 Jog pump motor to verify proper rotation.
9 Turn on pump.
10 Check motor amps.
11 Check discharge pressure.
12 Check flow rate.
13 Check TSE and sensor, verify set temperature.
14 VFD Controlled - check pump in Auto Mode and Manual Mode.

that the start-up was completed.
