Check the wiring conditions and
correct it if improper.

Short circuit or earth fault of U/V/W
phases, at servo motor side.

Replace the servo motor.

Defect in internal circuit of servo
amplifier.

Replace the servo amplifier.

Ambient temperature is high.

Confirm temperature in cabinet (or

refine installation method of the

Incorrect wiring of regenerative

Wire the regenerative resistor
