When an alarm occurs, the display shows the alarm code and the servo amplifier status code.

Cause Investigation and corrective actions

Short circuit is there at U/V/W-phases
of amplifier, or wiring between amplifier
and motor. Otherwise, U/V/W-phases
are grounded to the earth.
■ Check the wiring conditions and correct
it if improper.

Short circuit or earth fault in U/V/W
phases on servo motor side.
■ Replace the servo motor.

■ Defect in internal circuit of servo
amplifier.

Replace the servo amplifier.

Overheating detection of the main
circuit power device functioned.

■ Confirm temperature in cabinet (or
ambient of the amplifier), then refine
installation method of the servo
amplifier and ventilation of the cabinet.
