Archive Administration – Administering the Archive

The DICOM appliance is shipped with the Archive Administration pre-configured. The
following is provided for information and diagnostic purposes and can be skipped if desired.
See Phase 3 to continue the setup process.

Devices- Pre-Configured as a Simulated Jukebox

Configuring a SCSI/USB/Firewire Attached Device

Once the Storage Archive
license has been issued the
Storage Administration menu
will be available in the menu.

Select Server Status; the
servers will be stopped if the
license is not valid.

Select the Start button to
start the QStar servers.

A physically connected ADA
drive named ada has been
pre-configured.

Select Devices, then Jukebox
Configuration to see any
devices that have already
been configured.

To view any physically
attached devices that have
not been configured push
the Add button.

The ADA drive is physically
connected and configured
and  will  not  appear in the
Available Devices section.
