
Stop when results are acceptable. If satisfactory results are not obtained even
after increasing or decreasing the value to “+10” or “-10”, apply the value that
produced the best results and continue the procedure.

A-4. Set the paper transfer current (belt-to-paper PTR DC bias) in the Advanced Settings
below according to the print mode; simplex or duplex, BW or FC or FCS or S, as
follows:
1) First, set the value to “-2” and check the print quality. If acceptable, stop the
procedure. If unacceptable, continue.
