This setting is to limit maximum toner amount on a sheet from 260% to 200% (Fiery)
or 220% (Totalflow/Prinect – Medium), which means

color will NOT be affected

with this setting even if its sum of KCMY is less than 200% (Fiery) or 220%
(Totalflow/Prinect)

. Less toner will bring less glossiness and also the opportunity to

decrease the fusing temperature more.

If this setting is NOT accepted, increase

#1232-xx by 5 degree.

Print the artwork 5 sheets to check the glossy, fusability and color quality on the 1

and 5

sheet.

If the glossy is still higher than expected, and the fusability is acceptable for
decreasing the temperature more, do #1232-xx by 5 degree more.

Wait a few minutes to prevent the next printout from being affected by waste heat in
the fuser unit.

Repeat the step 4 to 6 while the fusability is OK.
