Adjustment C: For Textured Paper (AC / Low speed)
C-1. Select the paper in use from generic settings.

From the list of “Plain_Textured_Wt.1-8” select the weight in use. If the paper
already exists in the Paper Library, use that entry.

If the paper weight is 1 or 2, skip Steps C-2 and C-3, and go to Step C-4.

For black or color paper, make the following settings in Advanced Settings:

C-2. Set the paper transfer current (belt-to-paper PTR AC bias) to “0” in the following
Advanced Settings according to the print mode; simplex or duplex, BW or FC or FCS
or S, then check the print quality.

If acceptable, stop the procedure. If unacceptable, continue.
