Image Positioning Adjustment After Replacing Parts
After replacing parts, perform image positioning adjustment in SP mode as required.
Configure the same SP as that for image positioning adjustment performed after installing
the main machine. (
Image Position Adjustment after Installation )
After the adjustment in SP mode, perform image adjustment (using custom paper settings
(IMSS function) or Adjustment Settings for Operators menu) according to the paper being
used.
This will affect the accuracy of Real-time auto registration. See also technical bulletin
#RD0A5004 for detail about these two features.
Adjustment Related to Transport Precision
After replacing the following parts, perform auto registration adjustment (front and back)
from the Custom Paper Settings (IMSS function) menu, and then check that image
position on both sides remain unchanged after replacement.

This check is also necessary after cleaning the downstream measuring sensor
(TACT sensor), exit JG sensor, and transfer timing sensor even after cleaning (if
they are removed and reinstalled for cleaning).
