Clear Outputs
This function allows the user to influence the clearing of outputs when
faults occur.
For each group of 8 outputs, the following inputs are possible:
0 = Clear outputs when a fault or E-STOP occurs.
1 = Do not clear outputs when a fault or E-STOP occurs. The outputs
are only cleared after the fault has been cleared.
2 = Do not clear outputs when error or E-STOP occurs or is cleared
('Clear' key, external 'Clear').
Note: If the BB relay drops out, all outputs present in the hardware
are shut off internally.

00 to 3F - General fault
40 to 6F - Fault, Axis 1
70 to 9F - Fault, Axis 2
A0 to CF - Fault, Axis 3
D0 to FF - Fault, Axis 4
