1.
To create a new user, select
Start/Control Panel/Administrative Tools/Computer Management
and navigate to
Local Users and Groups
on the left side.
2.
In the window that appears, select the
Users
folder. Right-click on the right-hand window and
select
New User
.
3.
Enter a username and password. By default, the user will be created with normal access
privileges. This means they can run software but not install new programs or change system
settings.
4.
Click
Create
. You can now log on as this user.
